Every module is on every plan. What you pay for is fuel to fetch and generate, room to keep what you collect, and how far ahead you can schedule.

Two kinds of credits sit in one balance. The credits included with any paid plan carry over, so anything left at the end of a billing period stays. On Free they do not: whatever is left when the next period starts is gone, and the plan hands out its full amount again. Credits bought separately in a pack are never cleared, whichever plan is running.

How does the data window work?
Reports and paid searches stay open for your plan's window, counted from the moment their data was fetched. Reopening what you bought is free and unlimited. When a window closes, a refresh pulls current numbers and opens it for another full window. We never delete what you bought. Upgrading extends the windows on everything you already own, right away, and downgrading never shortens them.
What does a credit actually pay for?
Anything that costs us a call to a platform or to an AI model: a profile or hashtag report, a hashtag search, a generated carousel or caption, a batch pulled into the Content Browser. Paging deeper into a browsed account is charged at half of what its first page cost. Reading what you already bought is always free, and every price is shown before you spend it.
What happens when my plan's credits run out?
You can top up with a credit pack without changing your plan. Pack credits land in the same balance as the ones your plan includes, and they are never cleared at the end of a billing period, on any plan. Otherwise the next period simply hands out your plan's full amount again.
Do unused credits carry over to the next period?
On every paid plan, yes. The credits included with Start, Pro and Max carry over, so anything left at the end of a billing period stays in the balance. Free is the exception: whatever is left of its allowance when the next period starts is gone, and the plan hands out its full amount again. Credits bought separately in a pack are never cleared, whichever plan is running.
What happens to my reports if I move to a smaller plan?
They stay. A smaller plan shortens the window of new data you can pull and how many profiles you can track, but a report you have already paid for remains readable and exportable, and credits already in your balance are not taken away.
