What you can send
- Text on its own, which is a first-class post here rather than a fallback.
- A single image, a carousel of images, or video.
- A mixed post is reduced to its images, because the network takes one kind of media per post.
- The caption limit sits between the short networks and the long ones, and the composer counts against it as you write rather than rejecting the post afterwards.
Where it fits
- Write once and adapt per network, so the same announcement can be blunt on LinkedIn and casual on Threads without being written twice.
- The calendar shows it beside everything else you have queued, which is the point of scheduling several networks from one place.
- Delivery status comes back per account, so a post that failed on LinkedIn alone is retried on LinkedIn alone.
What it does not do on LinkedIn
- No LinkedIn-only options, because the API exposes none worth carrying.
- No LinkedIn analytics here. Profile reports cover Instagram and TikTok only.
- Documents and polls are not supported. Those are LinkedIn-native post types the publishing API does not open up.
