What you can look at
- Instagram: profile, posts, reels, stories, highlights and the full-resolution avatar.
- TikTok: profile, videos, playlists and the avatar.
- Paste a link or type a handle. Both are accepted and normalised before anything is fetched.
- Anything you find saves straight into your Media Library, into a folder created for it, ready to reuse when composing.
How the billing behaves
- Only the fetch costs credits. Saving what you found costs nothing.
- A fetch that fails is refunded automatically rather than argued about. That covers a private profile, a missing account, a rate limit and a provider error.
- Paging deeper is charged at half the price of the first fetch.
- The same file saved twice does not consume your storage twice.
What never costs credits
- Saving anything you browsed into your Media Library.
- Any fetch that could not be completed. A fetch that completes and finds nothing is a delivered result and stays charged.
What it does not do
- Instagram and TikTok only.
- You need to know the account. There is no keyword search, trending feed or discovery here. That is what Hashtag Research is for.
- Private accounts cannot be browsed.
- What you browsed lives in the session for a couple of hours. Anything you want to keep, save it. When that session lapses, the same account has to be fetched again at full price, because browsing has no free repeat the way a report or a paid search does.
