What a report contains
- A score out of 100 with its parts shown separately, so a weak number tells you which part to fix rather than just that something is wrong.
- Engagement graded against a follower-size cohort instead of one global target, because a 2% rate means something different at 3,000 followers than at 300,000.
- Engagement metrics you can recompute over the last 30 or 60 posts, so a recent change in direction is not averaged away by a year of older work.
- Posting-time analysis by hour and weekday, in your own timezone, ending in a best hour and best day rather than a heatmap you have to interpret.
- Content analysis of the captions: the hashtags, words and mentions that actually recur, filtered against a stop-word list.
- AI recommendations in writing, plus paid-partnership detection that combines the platform flag, the caption text and the model's own read.
Watch it over time
- Put a report on a schedule and every run stores a snapshot, so you end up with a growth line instead of a series of disconnected checks.
- Compare several profiles side by side across every metric a report holds, with the better number highlighted in each row.
- A refresh only pulls what changed, and when nothing changed at all the credits go back automatically.
- Images are copied to our storage when the report is built, so it still renders months later when the platform's own links have expired.
What never costs credits
- Reading a report you already paid for, as often as you like.
- Turning tracking on or off. Only the refreshes it triggers are charged.
- The first round of AI recommendations, which ships with the report.
What it does not do
- Instagram and TikTok only. YouTube and X are not analysed.
- A report is a snapshot of public data at the moment it was fetched, not a live feed. It changes when you refresh it.
- Follower and following lists are a capped sample rather than the full list.
- There is no data export yet. It is on the roadmap and the button in the app says so rather than pretending otherwise.
- Reports stay open for your plan's data window, counted from when the data was fetched. A refresh reopens them for another full window.
